The Project Logistics Engineer applies a working knowledge of logistics engineering fundamentals in a managed team environment and may also provide work leadership for lower level employees. This role requires providing direction and recommendations to managers, engineering staff, and support staff in all OTECH departments.
It is required to have experience with DoD acquisition logistics procedures and documentation requirements, including FMECA, RM&A, DMSMS, spares determination, system training, and technical manual development.

Previous utilization of RTX EAGLE or like Product Support Analysis products (e.g. PowerLog J)

The Logistics Engineer will support Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities by developing logistics data deliverables
Completion of Logistics Data Items such as Integrated Product Support (IPS) Plans, Provisioning Development Data, Supplementary Provisioning Technical Documentation (SPTD), Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Commercial Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Supplier Data Requirements List (SDRL) etc
Using engineering drawings and other product development data to develop Logistic Maintenance Data, Potential Repairable List, Support Equipment Recommendations Data, Maintenance Analysis Data, and Provisioning Technical Documentation
Perform analyses at all levels of product lifecycle to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal
Prepare and present technical information, analyses, and recommendations in internal and customer meetings
May coordinate with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, designers, drafters, technical writers, and technicians.
Support the Systems Engineering Program in accordance with customer/project requirements, including the performance of hazard analyses, and FMEAs.
Interface with engineers and vendors to obtain drawings/specifications/data to allow development of Integrated Pogistics Support (IPS) concept through analysis such as; trade studies, configuration item identification, logistics support resources, and provisioning data.
Assist in bid and proposal efforts by providing OTECH and ADTECH Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) capability information.
Ensure compliance with applicable military logistics standards and documentation
