Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Lead technical delivery teams through solution design, development, deployment, implementation, and ongoing operational support while ensuring milestones, schedules, and deliverables are achieved.
2. Manage project resources, priorities, dependencies, risks, and day-to-day activities; provide direction to technical personnel and coordinate across development, architecture, QA, engineering, and operations teams.
3. Oversee project planning, documentation, status reporting, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications while ensuring requirements and product objectives are translated into timely deliverables.
4. Mentor and supervise delivery personnel, contractors, and technical managers; establish accountability, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
