Description
- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet critical milestones.
- Manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, and cost forecasting to maximize financial performance.
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, performance, and compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards through regular site inspections and risk management.
- Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders, providing clear project updates and resolving issues proactively.
- Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to ensure accurate execution and timely project delivery.
- Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, turnover documentation, and warranty coordination.
Profile
- 2+ years of lead project management experience
- Track record of leading builds in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, or industrial markets
- Experience on projects valued at $5M+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for high-quality construction
Job Offer
- Base salary of $120,000 to $140,000 dependent on qualifications
