* Take full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budget management, scheduling, client communication, and overall project execution* Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure field operations, subcontractor performance, and project milestones stay on track* Lead buyout activities, contract administration, change management, forecasting, and cost control throughout the life of the project* Work directly with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to solve issues before they become problems* Play an active role during preconstruction by reviewing logistics, constructability, budgeting, procurement strategy, and project planning
