Job Summary:
This role seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead Master Data Governance initiatives, ensuring successful project delivery within defined constraints. The individual will be responsible for strategic planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. This is an onsite, 1-year contract position requiring compliance with specific state residency restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish project direction, goals, and communication plans.
  • Develop and manage project work and resource plans, including critical path identification.
  • Oversee project scope, risks, issues, and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate stakeholder and team communication regarding system changes.
  • Resolve team conflicts and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience leading major cross-functional business application projects.
  • Proven experience managing SAP/ERP or similar application initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of master data governance principles and best practices.
Domain/Industry Experience: Medical Devices (preferred)
