Pay: $58.78/hr on W2. 

Job Description: 
A Project Manager with Nuclear Experience with over 10 to 15 years experiences in leading and managing complex projects. The preferred backgrounds are I&C, Electrical, and Mechanical, in that order. In this senior role, the PM will provide strategic direction, leadership, and mentorship to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, overseeing the efficient allocation of resources. Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables, collaborating with stakeholders. Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to proactively address project challenges. Monitor and control project progress, maintaining accurate project documentation and providing regular reports to executive management. Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring project alignment with organizational goals. Apply advanced project management methodologies, innovative approaches, and continuous improvement strategies. Mentor and coach project management teams, sharing industry expertise and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in project management, business, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of project
