Project Manager (All levels) - Light Industrial Construction

• Plan and manage light industrial construction projects from project start through closeout.
• Build project schedules and track key milestones to support timely completion.
• Coordinate construction activities across project stakeholders to maintain clear progress updates.
• Review project plans and requirements to guide daily project decisions.
• Monitor project scope and address changes as work progresses.
• Communicate project status, priorities, and next steps with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate materials, work activities, and project timing to keep construction work on track.
• Document project progress and maintain accurate project records through completion.

A successful Project Manager (All Levels) - Light Industrial Construction should have:

• Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Experience creating and maintaining project schedules and milestone plans.
• Ability to coordinate multiple construction activities and project priorities.
• Experience reviewing project scope, plans, and requirements.
• Ability to communicate project status and updates clearly with stakeholders.
• Experience documenting project activity and maintaining project records.
