    Position Overview:

    The Project Manager is an essential part of the organization's overall operations strategy that works with minimal supervision under the direction of the Vice President of Staffing and/or designee(s). S/he is responsible for the overall life cycle and successful execution of each project.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

    • Staffing
    • Finding, hiring, scheduling, training, disciplining, and setting and adjusting compensation of staff members.
    • Works with payroll to ensure accurate time keeping, approving time off requests and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
    • Works in conjunction with HR to implement and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
    • Maintains medical record audit readiness for scheduled site visits and all required documentation.
    • Clinical
    • Works in conjunction with medical directors to provide direction for medical matters, substance abuse testing, and occupational testing.
    • Client Relations
    • Communicates directly with clients to resolve issues and concerns and improve communication and operational efficiency across the project.
    • Conducts site visits to ensure CORE meets the needs of the client and fulfills contractual obligations. Completes site audit forms where required.
    • Financial
    • Works with the Vice President of Staffing and/or designee(s) to meet the financial goals of the project.
    • Labor
    • Maintains flexibility to work in a variety of billable roles and positions as needed or directed to support project staffing needs on short notice.
    • Travel
    • Demonstrates flexibility to travel on company-sponsored site visits, business meetings, coverage, and other business needs on short notice.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree required.

    Master's degree strongly preferred.

    Licensures/Certification:

    Non-restricted professional medical license.

    Multistate Compact license required for RNs.

    TWIC Card

    DOT examiners certification-preferred

    DOT specimen collector certification- preferred

    Certified BAT technician- preferred

    NIOSH approved spirometry course- preferred

    Skills:

    Must possess advanced MS Office skills, to include but not limited to:

    • Excel
    • Word
    • PowerPoint
    • SharePoint
    • Teams

    Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to research, define, and develop solutions to complex issues.

    Experience:

    Five (5) or more years of relevant occupational medicine, management, and/or project management experience preferred.

    Scope of Work

    Chain of Command

    • Reports to the Vice President of Staffing and/or designee(s).

    Staffing

    • Oversite of Project Coordinator duties, to include:
    • Where applicable, works with Centralized Scheduler to maintain and oversee project schedules.
    • Oversight and audit of documentation and substance abuse training.
    • Site access requirements, Safety council, TWIC, PPE, Uniform and CPR/First Aid
    • Works with payroll to ensure accurate time keeping.
    • In conjunction with Human Resources
    • Implements and ensures compliance with corporate policies, directives, and programs
    • Assists with onboarding new employees and/or transfer of existing employees
    • Works in conjunction with CORE corporate office in ordering and reconciliation of supplies
    • Verifies order with project and validates with project personnel
    • Places orders with CORE corporate representative
    • Validates need for site supply orders and accuracy of associated invoices
    • Coordinates and oversees project launches and demobilizations.
    • Equipment calibration and compliance to include but not limited to:
    • BAT
    • Porta count
    • Audiogram
    • AEDs
    • EKGs
    • Interviews, recruits, and hires staff to maintain site needs.
    • Coordinates and conducts site visits and audits on a quarterly basis or at the frequency established by contract requirements and/or leadership.

    Clinical

    • Works in conjunction with medical directors & project coordinators to provide direction for medical matters, substance abuse testing, and occupational testing.

    • Audit all substance abuse testing documentation.

    • Provides guidance to MLP/Paramedics/EMT-Basics/Nurses.

    • Medical record management

    • Audit medical records for security, completion, and accuracy.

    • Medical records retention and control.

    Financial

    • Works with the Vice President of Staffing and/or designee(s) to meet the financial goals of the project, to include but not limited to:
    • Supports receipt reconciliation.
    • Site billing financial reconciliation.
    • Contract housing and management.

    Labor

    • Works in billable positions as needed or directed.

    Other Duties

    • As assigned.
