About this Role: Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), a Quanta Services, Inc. company (NYSE: PWR) is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager who is a commercially focused, hands-on role embedded within QISG's operational organization, responsible for driving the commercial maturation of a project from award through full execution.
This role serves as the commercial engine that converts project information into updated scope positions, refined estimates, and ultimately a closed book GMP or lump sum that both QISG and the owner can stand behind, acting as the primary interface between what the PMO knows and what the contract needs to reflect.
