QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience managing architectural millwork or interior commercial construction projects preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Understanding of shop fabrication workflows and installation techniques.
  • A steady, accountable leadership style.
  • Must have Microsoft suite experience with proficiency in Excel

Experience in the following programs is a huge plus:

  • Bluebeam
  • Procore
  • BIM 360
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review and understand all contract documents
  • Track and execute all RFI responses and change orders
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk analysis, and execution.
  • Serve as the central communication hub between clients, architects, engineering, fabrication, and installers.
  • Conduct site walks, create field reports, and ensure all measurements and conditions are captured accurately.
  • Oversee production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Identify challenges early and solve them proactively
  • Ensure installation meets design intent and CDI’s quality standards.
