The Outside Plant Engineer serves as a subject matter expert for all technical aspects of outside plant facilities and associated work, including cable sizing, cable counts, cable records, and permitting for rights-of-way (ROWs) and easements. This position works as a team member with Network Planning, Central Office, Transmission, and Operations to support the growth, replacement, and upgrades of telecommunications plant facilities.
