The Division of Occupational Licensure (DOL) is undertaking its highest-priority initiative: implementing a unified Salesforce Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection (LPI) system to streamline operations and deliver a modern digital experience.
To make this technology implementation successful, the team is interested in hiring a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the technology implementation, coordinating between business, technical, and vendor stakeholders, and ultimately for ensuring that DOL s Salesforce instance meets business needs through all phases of development and maintenance. The Project Manager will work closely with DOL business and technical leads to ensure alignment across DOL stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have experience project managing large software products and/or leading project management for complex technology solutions, possess a demonstrated ability for attention to detail in managing and tracking deliverables across a multi-workstream project, anticipating issues, raising concerns to senior management and driving vendors toward successful results as measured by project KPIs.
