Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a major marketing integration initiative within a growing U.S. Wealth Management business.

Key Responsibilities:

• \n
• Lead and coordinate marketing integration projects and workstreams
• \n
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive status updates
• \n
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Technology, Compliance, and external vendors
• \n
• Support commercialization efforts, brand awareness campaigns, and advisor engagement initiatives
• \n
• Assist with integrated marketing programs across digital, email, social media, events, PR, and paid media
• \n

Requirements:

• \n
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• \n
• Experience supporting marketing programs within Wealth Management or Investment Management firms
• \n
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• \n
• Experience with integrations, transformations, or large-scale business initiatives preferred
• \n
• Workfront experience highly preferred
• \n
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• \n
