Project Manager – Manufacturing – Manpower

Manpower is currently partnering with a global design and manufacturing firm that specializes in heat transfer and fluid handling equipment.  Our client is looking for a seasoned Project Manager that will lead complex capital projects from quotation through completion. 

This role requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on time and within budget. 


Job Title:                          Project Manager
Location:                         Tulsa metropolitan area
Pay Rate Range:             $95K – 115K + bonus and comprehensive benefit package
Shift:                                Onsite required - hybrid schedule offered

Responsibilities

• Lead capital equipment projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales.
• Monitor project performance, manage change orders, and provide status updates.

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, capital equipment, industrial, or oil & gas environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
• Strong leadership, organization, and customer relationship management skills.
• PMP certification preferred.

• A proactive, results-driven project leader who can influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
• Someone who can balance customer expectations with business objectives while keeping projects moving forward.
• A self-starter who can quickly integrate into a team and make an immediate impact.
