Job Description
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of ground-up multifamily construction projects. Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, documentation, and subcontractor coordination. Work closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Maintain project records, reports, and construction documentation using company systems and software. Travel to construction sites as needed, typically once per week or potentially one week per month depending on project requirements. Collaborate directly with the Vice President of Multifamily Construction and key stakeholders throughout project delivery. Build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams. Ensure high levels of professionalism, attention to detail, and project communication.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager should have:
- Minimum 3+ years of construction project management or assistant project management experience.
- Experience working on ground-up multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Experience with garden-style, podium, and/or wrap multifamily developments.
- Demonstrated employment stability with consistent career progression.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, polished, and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience using Procore and Bluebeam.
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
