Overview

LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Development/Clinical Operations Project Manager with business analysis experience. This hybrid role drives the successful analysis and delivery of technology and process initiatives within the Development space. The ideal candidate blends strong project leadership with hands-on business analysis skills, seamlessly moving between light requirements work and end-to-end project execution. This role follows a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution and oversight for technology and process initiatives in the Development/Clinical Operations space
• Drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
• Conduct business analysis activities, including requirements gathering and definition, to support initiative delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain project momentum
• Identify risks, issues, and roadblocks and proactively develop solutions to keep initiatives on track
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to leadership and key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience within Development or Clinical Operations environments
• Business analysis experience, including the ability to support requirements definition and process documentation
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach

Compensation

$65-70/hour- Dependent on fit/experience
