Project Manager - Canton, OH - JOB 26-00666

Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 Full-Time Permanent Position with Benefits

A Canton, Ohio area manufacture is seeking several Project Managers who will lead a project team working with architects, and engineers to design and manufacture high-performance building enclosures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, architects, construction managers, and building owners from project initiation through delivery; represent the firm in virtual and in-person meetings.
• Direct and inspire a team of facade designers, engineers, and coordinators to ensure engineered systems meet all project performance requirements and architectural specifications.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules; track and report on manufacturing, quality control, and field installation timelines; ensure all raw materials are ordered on schedule.
• Thoroughly analyze contracts, architectural/structural drawings, technical specifications, and project proposals.
• Partner with manufacturing and QC teams to meet design specs, as well as field personnel to resolve on-site technical issues and exceed client expectations.
• Travel as required for off-site performance mock-ups, initial field installations, and critical client support meetings.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in building enclosures, architectural metal, or commercial construction; unitized curtainwall experience is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of key design criteria for building facades, including structural performance, thermal movement, and air/water infiltration resistance.
• Hands-on proficiency with Bluebeam, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with 2D/3D design tools (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Advanced ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural construction documents.
• Strong leadership, self-motivation, problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and top-tier verbal and written communication.
