Pay Range: $70 - $74.99/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Support multiple enterprise-level projects requiring collaboration with technical and functional stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate with line of business/function managers and subject matter experts.
- Create and report on plans and resource assignments through status reports.
- Provide direction to workstream leads to meet program needs.
- Ensure program activities are aligned for benefits realization.
- Follow risk management plans and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Proactively identify risks and develop solutions, determining when issues require escalation.
- Lead teams of internal and/or external resources on a project basis.
- Comply with the Project Management Lifecycle (PMLC).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Experience in planning and executing "readiness" plans, including client and teammate communications and training.
- Organizational Change Management experience.
- PMP Certification.
- Financial Services Project Management experience.
- 10+ years of experience serving as a Project Manager leading enterprise-level efforts.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
