Job description: Civil Construction Project Manager

We represent a large/growing Civil Construction company who is hiring for a Project Manager in their civil excavating and sitework division. Someone who wants more than just another PM job—someone who takes pride in building quality residential and commercial projects, leading multiple teams, and delivering projects the right way.

This role is ideal for a Project Manager with experience in heavy civil and sitework construction who understands how to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and owner relationships while keeping projects on track.  

You'll work closely with experienced superintendents and company leadership, with minimal layers between project teams and ownership. We value leaders who communicate well, solve problems, build strong relationships with owners and engineers, and take ownership of project success from start to finish.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year + Annual Bonus program
