Title: Project Manager – Clarity PPM
Locations: Onsite: San Antonio, TX 
Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension.
Salary Range: $45- $50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Overview:
  • Looking for experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Project Management, Budget Management, and Resource Management. Skilled in Clarity PPM, budget forecasting, financial tracking and stakeholder management
 
Responsibilities:-
• Own end-to-end project budgets ranging from $[X] to $[X], covering baseline setting, tracking, and reforecasting throughout the project lifecycle
• Produce monthly budget reports with detailed variance commentary and root-cause analysis for senior leadership and finance stakeholders
• Partner with Finance to align project spend with organizational cost centers, CapEx/OpEx classifications, and fiscal year planning
• Identify financial risks early and drive proactive mitigation actions to prevent cost overruns
• Manage vendor invoicing, purchase order creation, accruals, and reconciliation in coordination with Procurement and Accounts Payable
• Maintain budget forecasting accuracy within ±5% on a rolling 3-month basis

Resource Management
• Plan, allocate, and manage internal and external resources across concurrent project workstreams
• Track resource utilization rates and flag over- or under-allocation early to ensure team sustainability
• Coordinate with functional managers to secure resource commitments and resolve capacity conflicts
• Maintain resource plans aligned with project timelines and budget constraints, adjusting dynamically as priorities shift
• Manage vendor and contractor SOWs, ensuring deliverables are met within agreed scope, timeline, and cost

Stakeholder & Team Leadership
• Coordinate work across internal teams, external vendors, and third-party partners
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, project working sessions, and governance meetings
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related escalations and decisions
• Mentor junior Project Managers or Business Analysts as needed

Primary Skill: Project Management| Budget Management| Resource Management, Agile Way of Working Project Management
Secondary Skill: Experience with Clarity PPM
Experience Required: 8-10
