Description

The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with teams, managing resources, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any deviations promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing large precast construction projects ($100M+) from start to finish.
  • Experience with manufacturing facility projects
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Offer
