Our client is a well-established, mid-sized Construction Management firm with a strong reputation throughout Massachusetts. They deliver projects ranging from $5M-$75M+ across multifamily, life science, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial, and residential sectors, with a culture centered around collaboration, innovation, and long-term employee development.
Job Description
Plan and coordinate commercial construction project activities from start through completion. Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to keep work on course. Coordinate with project stakeholders to clarify priorities and next steps. Monitor project progress and address issues that may affect delivery. Maintain clear project records, updates, and documentation. Communicate project status, timelines, and changes to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate project resources and work activities to support agreed plans. Help deliver commercial construction projects in line with project requirements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have: Experience managing commercial construction projects. Experience planning project activities, schedules, and milestones. Ability to coordinate multiple project tasks and priorities. Experience communicating project updates to stakeholders. Ability to identify project issues and support practical solutions. Experience maintaining project documentation and progress records.
