Project Manager Commercial Construction

Description

• Plan and coordinate construction project activities from kickoff through completion.
• Define project scope, priorities, schedules, and key deliverables with project stakeholders.
• Track project progress and address issues that may affect timing, cost, or project outcomes.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep work moving as planned.
• Review project plans, schedules, and updates to maintain clear next steps.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation to support clear decisions and accurate project records.
• Close out completed construction projects and confirm outstanding items are addressed.

Profile

A successful 'Project Manager' should have:
