Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A growing Chicago general contractor is looking for a Project Manager who likes owning a project from estimate to closeout. You'll work on meaningful commercial projects across the city with a team that values doing the work right.

What You'll Do
• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Build and track budgets and cost reports in Procore
• Prepare monthly pay applications and keep billing on schedule
• Run estimates and quantity take-offs, and help price new work
• Build and maintain project schedules
• Manage subcontractors, scope changes and change orders
• Keep owners, architects and field teams informed and aligned

What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Hands-on experience with Procore, cost reporting and pay apps
• Solid estimating and take-off skills
• Strong scheduling, organization and communication skills
• A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus

What We Offer
• $100,000–$135,000 per year, based on experience
