Project Manager - Commercial Construction

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning and pre-construction through to final handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, costs, and resources, taking proactive steps to manage risks and variations.
• Maintain high standards of quality, health and safety, and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and resolving project issues effectively.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction, with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, project documentation, and relevant building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A relevant construction, engineering, or project management qualification is desirable, alongside a strong track record of delivering commercial projects successfully.
