Commercial Construction Project Manager

A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a variety of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial projects from start to finish
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with owners, architects, vendors, and field teams
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor project progress and financial performance
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Procore or similar construction software experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
