Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Gainesville

This role will oversee project management across multiple commercial projects, ensuring execution, safety, and schedule adherence.

• Proven experience in managing construction projects, such as municipal, retail spaces, religious institutions, educaiton, and hospitality
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• A focus on quality, safety, and compliance standards in all aspects of work.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience running ground-up or interior projects $15M+
• Background in churches, schools, or commercial builds preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Comfortable working in a smaller, team-oriented environment
• Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project experience
• Open to learning and implementing new technology (AI tools)
