A well-established commercial general contractor with projects in multiple states is seeking a Project Manager to join their Winston-Salem team! They deliver a wide mix of commercial work, from ground-up builds to renovations, and have a strong backlog lined up. Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout

- Build and manage project budgets, cost reports and forecasts

- Create and update project schedules with the Superintendent

- Handle contracts, buyout, change orders, RFIs, submittals and pay applications

- Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects and subcontractors

- Keep owners and leadership informed on cost, schedule and risk

Project Manager Qualifications:

- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience

- Experience with ground-up and renovation commercial projects

- Strong cost control, scheduling and contract skills

- Able to manage multiple projects at once

- Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, not required

Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

- $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
