Project Manager | Commercial Construction - Ground-Up Projects

• • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project completion
  • Lead design-build construction projects while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Participate in preconstruction activities, including estimating and bidding support
  • Manage project documentation, contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders utilizing Procore
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and challenges
  • Report project status and key updates directly to company leadership
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget
  • Support client relationships and contribute to overall project success

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
• Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects
• Design-build project experience preferred
• Strong understanding of construction estimating and preconstruction processes
• Proficiency with Procore construction management software
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to oversee multiple project phases simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site and support projects in the Leominster, MA area
