Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage commercial projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout

- Build and track budgets, schedules, cost reports and forecasts

- Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications

- Partner with superintendents to keep sites safe, on time and on budget

- Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners, architects and subcontractors

- Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers

Project Manager Qualifications:

- 5+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor

- Diverse commercial project experience

- Strong understanding of construction documents, contracts and cost control

- Comfortable with Procore, Bluebeam or similar project software

- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

- $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
