Healthcare Construction Project Manager

An established commercial general contractor focused on healthcare is hiring a Project Manager to lead hospital projects, from greenfield ground-up builds to interior renovations in active hospitals.

What you'll do

• Own projects from preconstruction through closeout: budgets, schedules, buyout, and change orders
• Lead owner, architect, and hospital facility relationships
• Plan phasing, ICRA, and MEP coordination for work in occupied facilities
• Partner with the Superintendent to deliver safe, high-quality projects

What you bring

• PM experience on healthcare projects, both interior hospital systems and ground-up greenfield
• Strong cost control, scheduling, and contract management skills
• A degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Solid owner-facing communication

The details: $125-170k, plus benefits.
