Description

Reporting into senior operations leadership, the Project Manager will take ownership of the successful delivery of major industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Lead all phases of project execution, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Manage project teams, field personnel, consultants, and subcontractor relationships.
• Oversee financial performance, forecasting, cost controls, and change management processes.
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, procurement, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve project risks, challenges, and delays.
• Drive collaboration between field operations and project management teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of large-scale manufacturing and industrial facilities.

Profile

• Proven Project Management experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, factory, or heavy industrial construction projects.
• Experience managing large-scale ground-up facilities and complex construction programs.
• Strong understanding of concrete, structural steel, project controls, and cost management.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Experience working on manufacturing plants, processing facilities, food & beverage, cold storage, distribution, or similar industrial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and progression.
• Ability to lead project teams in site-based environments.

Job Offer

• Base salary of $140,000 - $180,000 (DOE)
• $10,000 annual vehicle allowance
