We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is ready to take full ownership of their projects and be fast-tracked for executive leadership.

️ What You’ll Actually Do

• Lead from the Front: Take full ownership of commercial projects from buyout to closeout.
• Drive the Financials: Manage budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, and vendor negotiations to maximize profitability.
• Build Strong Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for premier architects, engineers, and clients.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with elite Superintendents to ensure jobs finish safely, on time, and under budget.

What It Takes to Join Us

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience managing ground-up or major renovation commercial projects ($10M+ range preferred).
• Local Market Knowledge: Strong relationships with quality Atlanta-area subcontractors and vendors.
• Technical Expertise: Expert proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Primavera, etc.) and reading complex project documents.
• Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
