Commercial Project Manager 

A well-established construction company is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse range of commercial construction projects, including light industrial, tilt-wall, big-box, and other commercial developments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams
• Review plans, identify potential issues, and manage project changes
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience with light industrial, tilt-wall, big-box, or similar projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project financials
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Procore or similar construction software experience preferred

Compensation:

• Up to $130,000+ depending on experience
