Project Manager - Commercial GC - Baton Rouge, LA

Louisiana based General Contractor established nearly 100 years ago is searching for an experienced Project Manager able to land and take on $20M+ projects. We are looking for an individual with the desire to work collaboratively with an excellent team and deliver quality results on par with the company's high standards. PM's run up to three projects at once and travel to jobsites regularly. These sites are strictly located in Louisiana.

They have three offices statewide, and are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Baton Rouge location.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management
• Must have experience running projects upwards of $15M in value
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and adapt to changing project needs.
• Desire to grow career in Baton Rouge
