• Guide projects from procurement and preconstruction through final delivery
• Partner with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to drive project success
• Oversee schedules, budgets, change orders, risk management, and project controls
• Facilitate daily planning meetings and coordinate teams across active construction sites
• Promote safety, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative project culture

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial or light industrial construction
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to unite teams around a common goal
• Experience managing procurement activities, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Background in data centers, industrial, healthcare, mechanical, or electrical projects is highly valued
