Description

* Manage billings, RFIs, change orders, and contract administration
* Lead Owner, Architect, and contractor meetings
* Oversee permitting, inspections, and occupancy documentation
* Maintain project schedules with field and procurement teams
* Coordinate project delivery with accounting, engineering, and site teams

Profile

* 5-7 years of Project Manager experience
* Ground-up commercial or institutional construction experience
* Strong contract administration and project controls knowledge
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Must live within 45 minutes of Coral Gables
