Project Manager - Commercial Interiors Construction

Job Description
- Manage multiple interior construction projects valued between $500K and $1.5M
- Oversee contracts, permitting, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients throughout project execution
- Track project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure successful delivery
- Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain project controls

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Interiors Construction should have:
- Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with a general contractor
- Background in retail, restaurant, healthcare, or mixed commercial construction
- Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of contracts, permitting, change management, and project administration
- Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
