Description

• Manage multiple interior construction projects valued between $500K and $1.5M
• *Oversee contracts, permitting, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients throughout project execution
• Track project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure successful delivery
• *Utilize Procore and other project management tools to maintain project controls

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Interiors Construction should have:

• Experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager with a general contractor
• Background in retail, restaurant, healthcare, or mixed commercial construction
• Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent projects
• Strong understanding of contracts, permitting, change management, and project administration
• Proficiency with Procore and construction management software

Job Offer
