Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial will:

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:

  • Strong experience in managing commercial construction projects.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
