Job Description
The Project Manager - Commercial will:
- Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:
- Strong experience in managing commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in construction.
