Job Description
Manage commercial building and construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts. Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract administration. Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and project stakeholders. Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure safe, high-quality project execution. Drive project profitability while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC.
- Experience managing ground-up and/or large commercial renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contracts, change orders, and cost control.
- Ability to build relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related industry experience preferred.
