Project Manager - Commercial

The Project Manager - Commercial will:
- Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee procurement of materials and resources while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial should have:
- Experience managing commercial building and construction projects within the business services industry.
