A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking a Project Manager to run projects across Southeast Michigan, including the Detroit, Ann Arbor and Troy areas! They build multifamily and a wide range of commercial projects, many valued at $15 million and up. Project Manager Responsibilities:

- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

- Keep budgets, schedules and cost reports on track

- Serve as the main contact for owners, architects and subcontractors

- Work hand in hand with superintendents on daily jobsite progress

- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders and pay applications

- Travel to project sites across Southeast Michigan

Project Manager Qualifications:

- 3+ years managing commercial projects for a general contractor

- Multifamily and diverse commercial project experience

- Experience managing projects of $15M+

- Strong budgeting, scheduling and communication skills

- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

Project Manager Compensation & Benefits:

- $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
