You can expect to work on a very supportive and collaborative project team for a company with a great reputation throughout the area.Job DescriptionLead and manage all phases of industrial construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders. Self storage or flex space experience is preferred. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage teams effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
