-Bachelor's Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus) preferred

My client is a close-knit midsize general contractor in the Los Angeles Area. They have been around for almost 5 decades and created a very reputable name for themselves. They specialize in TI Commercial, Office, Healthcare, and more project types. Projects are typically in the $1-20 Mil range. They are looking to grow more into the Commercial Office market and want a senior leader to join their team to help with the expansion. • $135K-$170K in base salary
