Job Description

The Project Manager will:

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from award through closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and budget objectives
  • Administer contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits and collaborate closely with field operations teams
  • Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Resolve project challenges and proactively mitigate risks
  • Coordinate project closeout activities and final documentation
  • Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are maintained throughout project execution

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Manager will have:

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience
  • Open to candidates ranging from emerging Project Managers to highly experienced professionals
  • General Contractor or commercial construction experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Experience with project management software; Procore experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality
  • Ability to successfully manage schedules, project documentation, and client expectations
  • Demonstrated professionalism, maturity, and leadership capabilities
