Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from award through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Coordinate project activities to ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and budget objectives
- Administer contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting
- Conduct regular jobsite visits and collaborate closely with field operations teams
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for increased efficiency
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Resolve project challenges and proactively mitigate risks
- Coordinate project closeout activities and final documentation
- Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are maintained throughout project execution

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager will have:
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- Open to candidates ranging from emerging Project Managers to highly experienced professionals
- General Contractor or commercial construction experience preferred
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience with project management software; Procore experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality
- Ability to successfully manage schedules, project documentation, and client expectations
- Demonstrated professionalism, maturity, and leadership capabilities
