Project Manager - Concrete Construction

A respected concrete contractor in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is hiring a Project Manager to lead structural and site concrete work on commercial, industrial, and multifamily projects. You'll own your jobs from bid handoff through closeout and work alongside field leaders who take pride in quality work.

What You'll Do

- Manage concrete scopes such as foundations, slabs, tilt-up, and elevated decks from handoff through closeout

- Own budgets, schedules, buyout, and change orders for each project

- Coordinate closely with superintendents and foremen to keep crews safe, productive, and on schedule

- Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, owners, and suppliers

- Track costs, forecast accurately, and handle pay applications

- Review drawings and submittals and resolve field issues quickly

What You Bring

- 5+ years of project management experience in concrete or structural construction

- Hands-on knowledge of concrete means and methods, rebar, formwork, and pour sequencing

- Strong command of budgets, scheduling, and contract administration

- Comfort with Procore or similar tools and Microsoft Office

- Clear, steady communication with general contractors, field crews, and owners

- A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus
