Job Description
As a Project Manager - Construction - Greenwich, you will be responsible for:
- Managing luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through turnover
- Developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Managing procurement, contract administration, and project buyouts
- Reviewing and processing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitoring project costs and maintaining financial controls
- Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finish packages
- Leading owner meetings and providing project updates
- Collaborating closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution
- Managing project documentation and reporting requirements
- Identifying project risks and implementing proactive solutions
- Overseeing project closeout and homeowner handoff

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in residential construction
- Extensive experience managing luxury custom homes and estate residences
- Strong understanding of high-end residential construction methods and sequencing
- Experience with custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finishes
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Experience working closely with homeowners, architects, and interior designers
- Strong financial management and cost control skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
