Job Description

The Project Manager - Construction Interiors - Boston will:

• Manage high-end corporate interiors projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations.
• Coordinate project teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
• Lead project meetings and maintain communication with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
• Review contracts, change orders, project documentation, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with estimating, field operations, and leadership teams throughout project execution.
• Support multiple tenant fit-out and interiors projects across the Greater Boston market.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Construction Interiors should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proven experience managing high-end corporate interiors projects.
• Strong understanding of tenant fit-outs and occupied commercial environments.
• Ability to manage project financials, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week in Boston.
