Overview
HorizonWorks is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects on behalf of a major developer client. This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage both field execution and project controls.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
Manage schedule, budget, and scope
Oversee contractor performance and coordination
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Lead project meetings and stakeholder coordination
Monitor and enforce quality and safety standards
Identify risks and drive proactive solutions
Qualifications
5–10+ years of construction project management experience
Experience working with developers, GCs, or owner's rep teams
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
Experience managing multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in project management platforms (Procore, ACC, etc.)
